Better Sleep

Every year up to 25% of people suffer from insomnia, low quality of sleep or don’t feel rested upon waking up. A refreshing good night of sleep is essential to stay physically and mentally healthy. Bad sleep is associated with earlier death and a range of psychiatric disorders. Sleep is a very complex phenomenon and is influenced by genetics, lifestyle and environment. Using the right tools and coaching, you too can improve your sleep.

Inspired by his own insomnia and background in neurobiology, Colin Altena has researched the causes and solutions for bad sleep. Using this research an insomnia treatment method was developed independent from medication, with increased effectiveness over time. In addition to the sleep training courses, sleep-assisting products have been developed to improve sleep-onset, quality of sleep and decrease nighttime awakenings.
